RAFFLE TICKETS

Each single, two player, or family registration comes with 5 raffle tickets that are paid up front at registration. You can either keep the tickets for yourself or sell them to friends and family. Ticket stubs will be due to coaches by Saturday, December 1st at 5pm. No ticket stubs will be collected after that time. The raffle will be done the morning of December 8th (first day of games), with the winners posted on a board right inside the door of the RWES Gymnasium. Please be sure to list the Name, Phone Number, and Address on all stubs in case you are not present to collect your cash prize.  Cash Prizes are as follows: Four $50 winners, Four $100 winners, and One $250 winner. Tickets will be mailed to the address given at registration or if your child attends RWES, the tickets will come home in their green folders.


PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

Registration fees paid to RWBC may be refunded less the following applicable fee:

  • A 100% REFUND less a $5 processing fee will be deducted for registrations withdrawn prior to online registration closing on Monday, October 29th and/or for injury or sickness that occurs before the season starts and will keep player from participating for most or all of the season.
  • 50% REFUND will be given less a $5 processing fee between October 29th and November 9th when uniform orders are placed.
  • NO REFUNDS will be given after uniforms are ordered on November 9th and for the remainder of the season.
  • $25 raffle ticket fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of time refund is requested.

PAYMENT POLICY AND LATE FEE NOTICE

A late fee of $15.00 will be added to any registration fees received after Monday, October 29, 2018.

Only players who have paid their registration fees in full will be eligible to be placed on a team and participate in RWBC activities.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY

If a check written to RWBC for registration is returned, the player will not be allowed to play until restitution is made to the club, plus a $25 returned check fee.
